Shipping Information

Our logistics operations are centrally coordinated from our Queensland supplier, necessitating various shipping charges for delivery to your address. Exclusively partnering with Australia Post for all deliveries, adhering to standard shipping rates. These charges are not included in the initial product pricing but will be calculated and automatically added at checkout. For those requiring a fast delivery, Express Post options are available at an additional cost.

Please be advised that all deliveries are facilitated through third-party services, including Australia Post and other courier networks. Consequently, our supplier is not liable for any delays in delivery times. However, in the unlikely event of a shipping issue, our supplier is committed to assisting with the provision of necessary information to the carrier to help resolve any delivery concerns.


Print on Demand and Delivery Timeline

Our apparel is offered exclusively through a print-on-demand service. Following an order from the CF42 Degrees South store, the request is processed and forwarded to our supplier for printing. Given the customised nature of our products, delivery may take several weeks. Customers will receive tracking information and regular updates regarding the status of their order, from printing to dispatch.


Returns and Refunds

Returns will be considered only in cases where the product is received damaged or with faults attributable to our production process. We encourage customers to make selections carefully, as returns based on preference will not be accommodated. To proceed with a refund or return due to fault or damage, evidence of the issue must be clearly presented, directly attributing the fault to our supplier.

If a return is authorized, the customer may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement product, at the discretion of our supplier. All return requests must undergo an approval process by our supplier, and goods returned without formal authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Notification of Issues

We request to be notified of any concerns or issues within 5 days following the confirmed delivery of your items. Should you identify a fault with your received garment, please respond to your order confirmation email promptly, attaching photographic evidence of the issue.
